		<content type="html">Roger, I think you hit the nail on the head, if everything is not insync than the whole machine breaks down. We all need to remember to take care of those things that God has given us, he did it for a reason we need to be responsible and use that gift wisely. Taking care of our body and the body of Christ in the church is important.</content>

I think sometimes we get hung up about the "result" and fail to remember that if we get the "process" right the result to some degree takes care of itself. Hmmm, got to be another blog post in that somewhere :) I'll see what I can do ;)</content>
